K–2 Students Get Creative in “Disguise the Turkey” Challenge at Benavides STEAM AcademyEstudiantes de K-2 dan rienda suelta a su creatividad en el reto “Disfraza al pavo” en la Academia STEAM de Benavides.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and our clever K–2 students at Benavides STEAM Academy are stepping in to help a very worried turkey who does not want to become dinner this holiday season!

To keep our feathered friend safe, students were sent home with a simple turkey template and a big mission: create the most imaginative disguise possible. With help from their families, each child is turning the turkey into something completely unexpected—and completely hilarious.

From superheroes and ballerinas to basketball stars, unicorns, firefighters, robots, princesses, and even candy corn, our students are proving that creativity has no limits. The sillier and more inventive the costume, the better the turkey can hide!

All completed “Disguise the Turkey” creations will be proudly displayed in our hallways for everyone to enjoy.

¡Se acerca el Día de Acción de Gracias y nuestros ingeniosos alumnos de kínder a segundo grado de la Academia Benavides STEAM están ayudando a un pavo muy preocupado que no quiere convertirse en la cena estas fiestas!

Para proteger a nuestro amigo emplumado, los alumnos recibieron en casa una plantilla sencilla de pavo y una gran misión: crear el disfraz más imaginativo posible. Con la ayuda de sus familias, cada niño está transformando al pavo en algo totalmente inesperado y divertidísimo.

Desde superhéroes y bailarinas hasta estrellas del baloncesto, unicornios, bomberos, robots, princesas e incluso dulces de maíz, nuestros alumnos demuestran que la creatividad no tiene límites. ¡Cuanto más gracioso e ingenioso sea el disfraz, mejor se esconderá el pavo!

Todas las creaciones terminadas de “Disfraza al Pavo” se exhibirán con orgullo en nuestros pasillos para que todos las disfruten.
